Our Miniature American Shepherd Puppies (also known as Mini Aussies) come from registered, health tested parents who live in our home with us, here in Ruffin, North Carolina. These pups are used to being around chickens, pigs, sheep and a cat. Raised in our front room, around a busy family with all the usual household noises and smells, they VERY well socialised with children and other dogs.
We train our pups every day, they have learned to “sit” calmly before going through a door, being lifted or eating their food. All the pups are doing great with recall, place, crate training and “leave it”. Additionally they are doggy door trained & sleep through the night from 8pm to 6.30am. Leash training begins after their last round of vaccinations. We have had time to get to know the older pups and therefore we can tell you so much more about their temperament and personality.
Our puppies retain their tails and their dew claws unless specifically requested when placing a deposit on an upcoming litter. We are able to ship our pups all over the continent with multiple shipping options including Flight Nanny, Meet Halfway, Airport Pick-up & Ground Transport.

It is hard not to choose a favorite and although I thought I favored blue eyes, Sydney has my heart! Her hazel eyes are hypnotic and they always seem to be saying “I love you, lets cuddle!”. Sydney is a little shyer than her brothers, but not by much! She would be well suited to someone who enjoys the perks of mini Aussie, a lap dog that can go on a hike with you, the best of both worlds! She has a lovely stocky build, like her dad, and looks likely to stay small like him. Take a little time to build her confidence after transitioning to her forever home and you will have a loyal, adoring companion for many years to come. She has the best recall of all the pups and leash training is going well!
Star x Blue – City Spies Litter
When this litter was born, my daughter and I were reading James Ponti’s City Spies, in which a group of talented kids run spy missions. The names Sydney, Rio, Paris, Kat and Brooklyn came from the book and Reykjavik and Raleigh from my motherland, Iceland and our current home state, North Carolina.

Puppies are priced between $1500 – $2000 for pet only. This price may change as they become more extensively trained. They begin leash at heel training and socializing outside of the home once they are fully vaccinated. Select Miniature American Shepherd pups can be purchased for $2500 with breeding rights.
